Balance and Your Inner Self posted Jesse Tam, Bellevue. We miss things by staying in one place, so get away and do something different. For a minute, go outdoors, stand there in silence and appreciate your surroundings and nature. Remember the work life balance and refresh your inner self and start with a positive attitude each day. Connect with positive people and don't allow negative situations get you down, they are only temporary.  



We all have 24 hours in our lives. Make time for work and time for yourself and try things out of your comfort zone. Continue to grow as a person independent of your career, find outside interest and develop a hobby or join a social group.
