Healthly Changes

 Stay healthly is always a challenge with busy work schedules and daily chores.  Let's begin with small steps.  Jesse Tam, make a list of things on the changes you would like to see in a month of two for results and go forward.  It might be fun to include other members in your family or friends in the challenge to start a new healthly life goal.  How about creating an exercise workout plan, taking out sweets and eating more fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and limit the carbs in your diet.  

We are all staying indoors and working from home instead of spending time in the gym or social gathering.  Stand when you are working on the computer instead of sitting and get some movement into your time to remain active.  Take brisk walks in between your meetings or lunch break and get some fresh air to relax.  Walk up and down stair if you are unable to get outdoors due to weather for moderate fitness and stay moving.  Yard work, outdoor chores, housing cleaning are all ways to exercise and burn calories.

Look for healthly receipes to prepare meals at home together.  Select snacks and limit the sugar and high salt items such as chips or candy.  Try and use yogurt, veggies, fruits, nuts, oats and unprocess items for choices instead.  It takes awhile to make the change, but continue with the progress and you will see the results and changes in your eating habits.  https://jesse-tam.blogspot.com/
