Fewer new houses on the market and low inventory makes purchases a home more challenging. The houses are sold quickly and at times with multiple offers above the listed price. New homeowners must be ready to make a decision quickly with financing and bank approval information ready.

• Become a mentor at your local school or Boys and Girls Club
• Assists with preparing food or sandwiches at local charity centers
• Find a project with assisting seniors in need
• Be kind to others and treat each individual with respect
• Listen, Give and Do
